LexisNexis Errors in Firefox

Recently, users of the Mozilla Firefox browser may have experienced login errors when attempting to access the Law School's subscription to LexisNexis (http://lawschool.lexis.com). These server errors occur only with the LexisNexis Law School site, and do not affect other non-academic entry points into LexisNexis (such as http://www.lexis.com/research).

LexisNexis technical staff are aware of the problem, and are working to resolve it. In the meantime, users of Mozilla Firefox are encouraged to access LexisNexis through Internet Explorer. (You may also access the non-Law School interfaces, such as http://www.lexis.com/research, in Firefox, although students will not receive Rewards Points or other school-specific information when using these interfaces.)
